Optional Registration (USD):

Select the registration option that suits your preferences. Different options may include certificates, mementos, or event participation.

The registration fee is specified in USD. This is the amount you need to pay for registration.

If applicable, any additional taxes or fees in USD.

Submit Registration:

Confirmation:

Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Certificate Submission:

After registration, you will be required to submit presentation videos and a testimonial video to receive your certificates. Details for video submission will be provided upon successful registration.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the registration and payment process for participating in the International Chemical Scientist Awards (the "Event"). By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Registration: To participate in the Event, you must complete the registration process as outlined on the Event's official website.

1.2. Payment: Registration fees and payment details will be specified on the Event website. Payment is required to secure your participation in the Event.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Event organizers. The date of the request will determine the applicable refund policy.

2.2. Refunds: Refund policies and deadlines will be clearly stated on the Event website. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

3.1. Changes: The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, speakers, or any other aspect of the Event without prior notice.

3.2. Cancellation: In the unlikely event of the Event's cancellation, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and issue applicable refunds, if any.

4.1. Professional Conduct: All Event participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5.1. Event Content: All materials and content presented at the Event are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the explicit consent of the Event organizers.
