Dr. Mohamed Gad Ahmed Gad is an Associate Professor of Hydrogeology at the Environmental Studies and Research Institute, University of Sadat City, Egypt, and a consultant with Environmental Horizons Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He earned his B.Sc. from Tanta University (1999), M.Sc. from Minufiya University (2005), and Ph.D. from the University of Sadat City (2012). With an H-index of 22 and a strong record of publications in international journals such as Water, Heliyon, Scientific Reports, and Environmental Earth Sciences, his research focuses on groundwater and surface water quality, hydrogeochemistry, geochemical modeling, and environmental pollution. He has served as principal investigator and co-investigator on funded projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Tunisia, and Yemen, applying advanced tools such as machine learning, remote sensing, and geochemical indices to solve critical water resource challenges.
